Lisa at the Paramus,NJ store has been so conscientious about our order. I walked into the store ready to talk about the bathroom vanities I was doing. She explained the choices of cabinets, worked on a basic design and offered any assistance if I had any questions.Once I decided I was going to use Cabinets Direct USA she excelled at customer serviceShe came to my home to measure while my contractor was there. He wanted her to measure again to make sure the measurements were both consistent between the two them. She came both times right on time. She included me in the discussions to make sure I will satisfied with the end result. Her expertise in this field and her design sense are to be rewarded. At contract signing she was still on her game explaining EVERYTHING. the best was her informing within 24hrs when our cabinets were possibly coming in. Always communicated rapidly. Loved that about Lisa. My contractor, who has been in the business for 40 years also raved about working with her. I look forward to future projects with Lisa.
