For us, everything starts and ends with elite level customer service. If you have any questions whatsoever, don’t be shy! Send us an email, and we will get back to you ASAP.
Initial Meeting
One of our professional kitchen & bath designers will meet with you in our showroom. They will review our many cabinetry and countertop finish and style options.
Free Design Consultation
Our designer will put together a 3D rendering of your space. In order to accurately design your space to generate a price, we will need preliminary measurements and your appliance specifications. Click below to learn how to measure your space!
Design Retainer
Our designer will schedule a follow up appointment in the showroom to review your design & preliminary pricing in detail. Once you feel 100% confident in our design, we will collect a design retainer (typically 10% of the purchase price). We will then send our affiliate contractor to take professional measurements.
Order Placed
Once we have received professional measurements and everything is finalized, we will collect the final balance, place the order, and keep you in the loop regarding when the cabinetry will be shipping to our local warehouse.

It is highly recommended that you gather as much information about what you are looking for before the appointment, including style preferences and basic measurements. If you don’t know how to measure your kitchen, we have provided a resource for your reference. We are also proud to offer 12-month interest-free, no down payment financing with Synchrony Financial.
