Our location is conveniently located off of route 10, 2 miles north of the Livingston Mall. We are easily accessed by the Eisenhower east exit from 280, going up Northfield drive, or by route 10. Our Livingston location is located close to Fortunoff Backyard Store and Staples. If you see the entrance to the Shoppes at the Livingston Circle to your right, you’ve just missed us.

5 stars, no doubt. Pamela provided my wife and I such an amazing amount of help in deciding what cabinets would go perfectly with our kitchen. In fact, we went to the show room to just explore, but Pamela did such an amazing job at bringing our vision to life, that it only made sense to complete the purchase on the spot. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure to commit. Great experience for the biggest investment of a kitchen renovation.

As soon as we entered the Cabinets Direct store in Livingston, NJ on Rte. 10, Frank Morales greeted us warmly.We wanted to order a vanity for the guest powder room. I chose a door style, etc. and he pulled up the cabinet on his computer. As we had brought the measurements, it helped him. He suggested a different door, and I really decided it was better. It had cleaner lines.We had previously ordered a vanity for the Master Bath several years ago, we knew the quality of your cabinets.A ew days later, Frank came to our home to check the measurements were accurate, and we signed the contract and paid the deposit.He is very personable and listened to my husbands stories. Shout out to Frank Morales, who accommodated me as a walk-in one afternoon on my way home from work so that I could order a cabinet to be installed during my bathroom remodel. I didn't know what I was doing but he helped me pick something out that would match the existing vanity. It arrived earlier than I had expected, which was nice. But the real reason why I appreciate Frank is because when we couldn't find anyone willing or able to install the crown molding at the top of the cabinet, Frank stopped by our house after work one night and installed it for us himself! Really great customer service.

I can’t say enough about Pamela Boone, kitchen designer at Cabinets Direct USA in Livingston, NJ. We have a complicated kitchen and she was incredibly helpful and understanding and made so many drawings for us while we decided between cabinet designs. Once we had our own architect put together drawings and sent them to Pamela, we put down a deposit and someone from Cabinets Direct came and took their own measurements. After working with Pamela a little more, we settled on a cabinet line, color, door front, and design. She has been an incredibly helpful and integral part of our kitchen renovation process.

After shopping around, we decided on Cabinets Direct and was happy we did. Frank at the Livingston location was great to work with. He was patient and helpful with suggestions and when there was a mistake in one of the items, he immediately got it replaced. Also, one of the doors had a crack in it and he immediately contacted mfr and got that replaced. That shows me they stand behind their work and it gives me alot of confidence in using them again. The cabinets feel high quality and are a beautiful color! I've gotten many compliments on it (ordered Diamond Distinction in Seal color).

This was our first experience working with Cabinets Direct and it definitely won't be our last. My husband is a contractor and we have flipped a few homes. We typically purchase kitchen cabinets from one of the big box stores but on a recommendation tried Cabinets Direct for our most recent project. We worked with designer Jeanne King. Jeanne was incredibly thorough and easy to work with. She expertly navigated us through the design process and made great suggestions for design options. I would highly recommend working with Jeanne and Cabinets Direct.

We completely gutted an apartment in Verona, NJ last year. We were incredibly fortunate to work with Jim Prentiss as our designer. Jim designed our kitchen, two bathrooms, and two walls of beautiful cabinets for us. He guided us in choosing styles and colors, and his design was spot on. Not only is Jim very talented and easy to work with, he was extremely easy to communicate with. Each time we needed to get in touch with him, if our contractor had questions, he was quick to return calls. We love being in our beautiful apartment! I would highly recommend Cabinets Direct USA!!!

We had cabinets put in a couple of years ago. We only use the apartment 3 months a year. A floating sink cab broke and Bryan Lobay, from your Livingston office immediately put me in touch with your customer service. He asked all the right questions and gave me great directions and follow up. Kathy, in your customer service depart (unfortunately I do not know her last name) was wonderful in follow up and getting us a very satisfactory response from the cabinet company.I never write this type of email, but I could not let these two representatives of your company go without bringing them to your attention. My husband and I did a gut kitchen renovation and have nothing but great things to say about Cabinets Direct. We worked with Jeanne, and could not have made our vision come to life without her by our side through it all. We stumbled across Cabinets Direct at the Livingston location by chance, and worked with Lisa during our buying process. Lisa has been incredibly helpful, patient, communicative, and responsive throughout the months of our project. We've met with her on numerous occasions as we mapped out and revised our kitchen design, and through it all she answered all of our questions, and responded to our concerns by putting us, the clients, first. We've spent hours with her, and Lisa helped us with a problem we had with the countertop manufacturer's inventory shortage, yet she consistently kept a positive attitude which helped reduce our stress levels. As it relates to Cabinets Direct, the company offers a number of different brands -- we decided on UltraCraft -- and the showroom gives good ideas and examples. Prices were far better than we found elsewhere, and we believe the quality is superior to other vendors as well. The turnaround was quick, 5-6 weeks, when 6-7 weeks was promised. Delivery day was seamless, everything arrived as promised, and our kitchen looks great! Can't thank Lisa enough, and we'd suggest you ask for her!

Bryan Lobay went above and beyond to provide customer service to me despite having no existing business or relationship to Cabinets Direct USA. A hinge broke on my cabinet and the cabinet manufacturer (after referring me incorrectly to another hinge manufacturer) referred me to Cabinets Direct USA as an approved carrier of replacement parts. This, however, was not exactly true. Bryan directly contacted the manufacturer to inquire about the availability of the part. They wanted to charge over $40 for a simple hinge. Bryan took the initiative to actually disassemble a hinge he had available at the store and compare it to photos I sent to him of the broken hinge. He then located a hinge he thought would work - available online for 1/4 of the price quoted by the manufacturer. I purchased it, installed it and the hinge worked perfectly. After months of runaround from the manufacturer and frustration, Bryan's extraordinary efforts made all the difference. I will be sure to refer my friends and neighbors to him and to Cabinets Direct.

Lisa Finan was amazing! The service she gave us for a small, basically insignificant order made us feel as if it were the largest order she ever received. The service she gave us far surpassed an order of 4 times the cost that we placed with a high end designer in Millburn NJ - when we had problems with their order, they refused to help us and began to hang up the phone on us. We had a small issue with the order that we placed with Lisa and she got us a special cabinet refinisher to come to our home and fix it immediately! Don’t be fooled by going anywhere else! Go to Lisa Finan!!!! You will not be disappointed! And I never write reviews!
