Lisa did a great job for us under unusual circumstances. Our condo in Florida was flooded and our designer was no longer available to order replacement cabinets. Lisa was able to coordinate the sale in NJ and get new cabinets to Florida for us.We were impressed because she was not our original representative and was able to piece together 1/2 kitchen offsite.Thanks Lisa.

I just finished a bathroom remodel, with the help of Lisa Finan. The process of choosing the vanity was so much easier with her assistance. She worked within my taste, color requirements, and budget to find a vanity that looks fabulous, and she was always responsive to any questions I had. The fabricators who installed the Cambria counter and sink were on time and professional, with excellent communication from their office. I couldn't be happier with the final product.

Kitchen project - walked into Wayne showroom and met Adam. He made it so easy to renovate my kitchen and lay out the plans for me. Gave me a list of what steps I needed to take and walked me thru it. Earlier this year we did a complete remodel of a 1969 kitchen. We purchased our kitchen cabinets through Cabinets Direct USA in Livingston, NJ. I worked with designer Lisa Finan who, through her exceptional knowledge of the product lines, helped bring my dream kitchen to reality. Lisa's design suggestions and thoroughness in specifications not only made for a beautiful kitchen but also for an incredibly smooth and complete delivery. All of this attention to detail allowed for a timely installation of both the cabinetry and the granite countertop. The design featured both Wolf Classic Cabinets and Diamond Vibe Cabinets. The granite counter top which compliments the cabinetry so well, and the sink, were also purchased through Cabinets Direct USA showroom.Obtaining a contractor who was knowledgeable with these cabinet lines, had experience with complete demolition and renovation, and had excellent recommendations was important in my selection of a kitchen contractor. I am very happy with the work of Miro, general contractor, and his team. They were always prompt, professional, and the craftsmanship of the installation is wonderful. Miro was exceedingly easy to work with, detail oriented, he remained on schedule, and the final cost of the project was as proposed. From permit application to final inspection, even with some unavoidable issues with the pandemic, this kitchen project couldn't have gone much better.The value I received with my cabinet selections, the ability to work with a knowledgeable design staff and a reliable, highly recommended contractor, is exactly what I was looking for to have a smooth, beautiful, kitchen remodel. Cabinet designer, Brian Lepage, was exceptionally skilled, patient, professional, and helpful. His design skills are on point. He was able to quickly reconfigure my kitchen cabinets to an optional design flow. Brian has experience as a contractor and has a depth of understanding about proper layout and workflow that is outstanding and very helpful. There are many cabinet and countertop choices at his showroom. It was easy to get overwhelmed. Brian was able to laser focus on key design elements and helped to narrow down the most aesthetic choices. I interviewed a few cabinet designers and companies prior to working with Brian. Cabinets Direct stands out as having well-designed, quality cabinets at a reasonable price. Brian is outstanding as a professional, respectful, talented, and skilled cabinet designer.

I worked with Stephanie who is absolutely fabulous. I had previously gone to other companies for estimates but they made the process complicated and overwhelming. Stephanie made the entire process, from design to installation, effortless. She is very knowledgeable of concept and design, as well as, the different products available. She helped me to decide what would work best in my space per my needs/wants. Stephanie was very accommodating and welcoming no matter how many times I contacted her to change small details on the plans and responded to phone calls and emails immediately. She stayed in contact through the entire project from start to finish. If it were not for Stephanie I do not think I would have finally completed my kitchen remodel.I used Stephanie’s suggested cabinet installer, Miro. He and his team did extraordinary work. I received my cabinet delivery on a Monday and immediately called him to schedule a date for installation. He said he could come on the following day, Tuesday. They showed up promptly at 7:30am and worked the entire day. They were very professional, polite, courteous and expedited superb craftsmanship. Miro did not just nail the cabinets to the walls per the plans, he payed close attention to every small detail and went the extra mile to give me the best possible look for my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with the finished results.

I priced up my cabinets with two other dealers and their pricing was considerably more expensive for the exact same cabinets and design. Dealing with Angelo at the paramus location was great. We worked with Bryan Lobay, who was exceptionally accommodating, creative, and thorough with our orders for both countertops and cabinets. To preface, I was not exactly sure of what style I was looking for -- Bryan carefully listened to my preferences and budget, narrowing down an exact look that worked for the era of our old house combined with a more modern vision. He was always patient, professional, and followed through on every step of the process. Our contractor was able to better plan his work due to Bryan’s diligence with measurements, the order, and a continual update on the delivery status. In today's world when most people are quick to write a complaint, my wife and I would like to share with you the professionalism demonstrated by Dominika Iwinski when designing a kitchen for us. After she provided us with an initial design, we told her what we liked and what was missing. Using our input, she created another design. Again we told her our likes and needs. Despite many attempts, she did not give up on us with all our demands. Each time she listened to our concerns and demonstrated warmth and humor in our correspondence. She provided us with the changes promptly and ultimately designed a kitchen that we look forward to having. she was always there on every phone call every text or email, Her actions were a large part of our decision to purchase our cabinets from your company.
